How Early Should We Begin the Design Process?

Once you’ve chosen your venue and set the date, I recommend getting started as soon as possible. Here’s a general timeline to help guide your wedding stationery planning:

Save the Dates
Mail these out 4–6 months before your wedding.
Allow about 1 week for printing and another week for delivery via USPS.

Invitations
Send 1–2 months (30–60 days) before the big day.
Plan for 1 week of printing and 1 week for mailing.
If you're including mail-back RSVPs, add an extra 2–3 weeks to give guests time to respond.

Programs
Make sure to have these in hand at least one week before the wedding.

Payment Details

Payments can be made online through CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. After I send your first design proof, you’ll receive an invoice for 50% of your total order. The remaining balance is due once you’ve approved the final proof. Please note that orders will not be finalized or processed until full payment has been received.

Guarantee

Every item I create is custom-made with care and attention to quality. Because each piece is personalized just for you, returns aren’t possible. That’s why I place great importance on the proofing process—to ensure you’re completely happy with your design before anything is finalized.

Magnetic Save The Dates/Invitations

Magnetic cards are a great option—especially for Save the Dates or simple invitations—because they’re easy for guests to keep handy and less likely to get lost. I typically recommend using magnets for Save the Dates, since you'll likely want to include more detailed information about the ceremony and reception on the formal invitation.
